I never knew what kaffir lime leaves were, but I got some experience with them when making things out of one of Gordon Ramsay’s books. Going to try your curry recipe. I was about to say “I hope to see you writing more food articles” like this, then I saw there are a bunch of them on Whiskedfoodie.com.
